Pre-construction - termite proofing new homes

We work with Leading builders on the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Cooloola Cove, installing termite management systems and advising them on the best building practices and systems to prevent termite entry.

Existing homes

o Visual Termite Inspection - in accordance with Australian Standard AS 3660.2-2000 Termite Management Part 2:

o Visual Timber Pest Inspection (pre purchase) - in accordance with Australian Standard AS 4349.9 - 1998  Our highly qualified inspectors will thoroughly inspect the building including internal areas, roof timbers, fences, gardens and outbuildings.

On completion of the inspection a written report, including photos and recommendations, will be issued on

        q Preventative termite Barrier 

        q Maintainance and construction issues

Because once the termites are out we don’t want them getting back in
